Marcie Lauritsen-Mann CTC, DS

President

As owner and President of Highlands Ranch Travel Marcie brings over 25 years of experience to her work. In her past travel life she has worked as a Corporate Travel Agent, a Group Travel Planner and a Leisure Travel Consultant. Her passion for travel has led her to all corners of the world but in particular she loves Europe.

Through her travels Marcie has developed many contacts that she often calls upon to help make her clients vacations a once in a lifetime experience. Her favorite pastime is cooking for family and friends as well as pairing wines with her cooking. This pastime has led her to cooking schools and wineries throughout the US and Europe. Marcie’s global travels allow her to develop customized tours for her clients that include her favorite restaurants, wineries and places to shop.

Through her extensive background in the industry she designs exclusive group itineraries that include religious tours, wine and culinary experiences as well as art and history trips. Daniel J. Kraft, CTC

Manager

Dan has over 21 years experience in the travel industry. Dan is a skilled Corporate Travel Counselor, bringing his expertise to our business travelers. With high regard for detail and customer service Dan has built a loyal following of corporate travelers. His attention to details allows our corporate travelers to relax and focus on their business rather than travel business.

In Dan’s spare time he also designs leisure vacations for our vacations travelers. His love for Germany has taken him there repeatedly to enjoy Oktoberfest and the Christmas Markets. Dan’s specialties include Germany, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and private villa stays. He is also a Certified Disney Vacation Planner and a Princess COMMODORE ranking.

Linda Eyer, CTC

Travel Consultant

Linda has been a Travel Consultant for 12 years. She has been a Certified Travel Counselor since 2003. Her specialties include Sandals and Beaches, Australia and Tahiti, all of which require updating yearly and of course Disney’s College of Knowledge. Linda has been to 5 islands of Tahiti and can advise you on the beauty and diversity of each one.

Her latest vacation was to Huatulco Mexico, where she discovered a place with a very unique atmosphere that she would love to return to. Independent itineraries for Europe and Australia are her specialties and if adventure is requested she can advise on that as well. “The world is a playground, where do you want to play?”

Linda Hite

A new addition to our office is Linda Hite, who joined us in January 2010. She received her degree in Travel & Tourism in 1977 and after 33 years in the business it is still her passion! She has experience in all aspects of the industry, but most recently worked with group travel both on the corporate level and for various athletic teams, students traveling abroad, mission travel for universities, foundations and churches, and destination weddings. She has traveled to New Zealand, Europe, Ireland, London, Tahiti, St. Thomas, Mexico, Costa Rica, parts of Canada, and lots of the States including Hawaii. She has a son in San Diego, and is very familiar with all there is to see & do in Southern California. She is a recent graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge, and hopes to go to Africa sometime soon. Linda also wants to get back to Europe and experience River Barge Cruising, and to fulfill a lifelong dream to visit Greece and the Mediterranean.

Linda is verry happy to be reconnecting with her leisure travel roots and loves meeting clients face to face to explore all the travel opportunities available here at Highlands Ranch Travel.

Sue Caulson

We are pleased to announce that Sue Caulson has joined our team!

Sue has been in the travel business for over 20 years in the Denver area. An avid cruiser, she has traveled the World. Sue brings extensive cruise knowledge to our office and is certified with most of the major cruise lines. Sue loves traveling by land as well especially to Europe, South America and the South Pacific. Sue is eager to meet with you and discuss your next vacation.

Dee Dee Bradford

Our newest addition to the team is Dee Dee Bradford, who will be working with us as an Independent Travel Couselor out of Southern California. A 33 year veteran of the travel trade, Dee Dee has worked in every facet of the industry. She has served Corporate, Leisure, Group and Independent travel clients and taught Travel & Tourism at the junior college level. She blends her years of experience with the ability to understand the needs of the people she is helping to provide them with the vacation they want.

One of her favorite places to plan vacations to is Europe as she has been to almost every country. She loves New York City, Washington D.C., San Francisco, and Los Angeles as well as Hawaii and Mexico. She is excited to join Highlands Ranch Travel, and start planning your perfect vacation.

Danielle Bettencourt, DS

Another new addition to our team is Danielle Bettencourt who will be working with us as an independent travel counselor out of southern California. Danielle has been in the business for nine years and is a Destination Specialist for Hawaii, a Commodore with Princess and Cunard Cruise Lines, and a Certified Disney Vacation Planner. She is very detail oriented and enjoys the challenge of learning about all the "must-see" places and "do's & don'ts" of the areas her clients travel to.

She is a British Monarchy history buff and enjoys going to London to follow the footsteps of the Great Kings and Queens. She loves traveling to the Azores and relaxing on the beach in Maui. Danielle welcomes new travel challenges and will delight in putting together your independent travel trip of a lifetime!

Lou Lou

Manager, Pet Friendly Travel

Lou Lou is a old Hungarian Vizsla and the official office greeter. Lou Lou’s travels began at 8 weeks old when she did her first pet friendly hotel inspection. Since that time she has stayed at numerous hotels and offers a unique opinion to our clients.

She specializes in "meet and greet" and playtime. Lou Lou adds to the friendliness of the office. We invite you to come on in and visit with Lou Lou. We promise you will be glad you did.
